According to a new study shared by CNN health as little as two to three minutes of vigorous exercise a day could actually lower your cancer risk. According to the lead author of the study such activity could include power walking, climbing stairs, doing strenuous housework or playing with the kids. Such activities are not meant to replace a good exercise program but there are benefits to doing them for those whom do not like to work out. Did you know the Bible also notes there are benefits with exercise but shares something that is of much greater value. It reads, “ For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.”
