According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Nutrition you can help your chances of not gaining weight by adding an additional cup of unsweetened coffee to your diet. Apparently though the benefit is canceled out if a person added even one teaspoon of sugar. That one teaspoon is all it takes to remove the benefit. Did you know in the Bible it describes sin as something that can seem good and sweet for a short time but eventually brings about something that is not simply apparent but evident. In the book of Hebrews it speaks of the reality that sin can bring pleasure for a season but as noted in the book of Romans, its side effects are deadly.
