I don’t imagine you are a fan of a cold shower but there was an article put out by the New York Post that said that you should be. Apparently it reduces muscle soreness and inflammation after a work out. It can also boost a person’s mood when feeling emotionally low by causing your body to pump out endorphins. A cold shower also enhances overall circulation and gets your heart pumping. Essentially it really wakes you up. Did you know there is a wake up call in the Bible to Christians whom are not living as they should? It reads, “And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.”
