Do you find ice-cream to be overpriced? According Guinness World Records the most expensive ice cream in the world costs $6,380 for a serving. It is made in Japan and is known as “white night”. Can you imagine paying such a price for ice cream? Some people have such a desire to enjoy the ice cream they are actually paying this high price. I would say people are desiring something in this case that would not be worth the expense. In the Bible, Jesus speaks of having a desire that can definitely be satisfied. He says in the book of Matthew, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled.” The Bible also tells us that the means to experience this righteousness is through Jesus.
