A video of a firefighter from Southern California saving his one year old son from drowning in a pool circulated on social media. The Firefighters Association said on Facebook, “Even though both parents took all proper precautions including a gate around the pool and an appropriate PFD, the boy still managed to get in the water.” Thankfully it was a successful rescue. Did you know there is a rescue shared about in the Bible that is absolutely amazing and is successful for all who take part? John 3:16 reads, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
