Recently a study was released in the journal JAMA pediatrics that made a connection between the frequency of tablet use and frequency and level and of anger outbursts among toddlers. The authors of the study wrote that early childhood tablet use “may contribute to a cycle” of problems in emotional regulation. Did you know the Bible provides direction on anger that was not shared recently but rather almost 2000 years ago? It reads, “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil.” Do you have anger in your life that is not being addressed. The instruction is to look to get it addressed quickly. The means to do so is through God Himself.
