November 26 Early Breakfast

A study in communications medicine shared a connection between breakfast timing and survival rates in older adults. A twenty year study tracking nearly 3000 people found that each additional hour of delayed breakfast timing was associated with an 8-11 percent higher risk of death. The study also showed that those dealing with fatigue, depression, anxiety and multiple other medical conditions were also more likely to delay their morning meal. Apparently when you eat your breakfast is time sensitive. Did you know that in the Bible salvation is time sensitive. In the book of 2 Corinthians chapter six it reads, “Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
