Keeping the right focus December 1

Recently a crew on a container ship anchored off of Victioria BC were focused on getting rescued by the Coast Guard and thankfully they were. The ship originally lost 40 containers oversea in rough waters and then after the storm settled down it became apparent that one of the containers caught fire and spread to other containers on the ship. It was a hard voyage for the crew. Do you ever feel like there are so many hardships in life that you are going to be consumed? The Bible informs us that there will be hardships, storms that will occur in our lives but it has instruction in regard to the proper focus during those storms. The foucs is not to be on the storms but on God. In the book of Isaiah, chapter 26 verse 3 it reads, “You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you.
