Recently police in Minnesota were looking for a man captured on surveillance video allegedly knocking an elderly woman down while trying to snatch her purse as she walked into a store. The person who called in on the apparent thief was in fact the man’s mother. Apparently, this thief used the same tactic a day earlier in which he tried to steal another elderly woman’s purse and when she resisted was pushed to the ground and suffered a heart attack and two black eyes. Did you know in the Bible Jesus tells people to be on the outlook for a particular thief? John 10:10 reads, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
