Recently CNN shared a story about a woman named Ayda Zugay, living in Boston, who fled from the former Yugoslavia with her sister in 1999. At the time she was a 12 year old refugee and she met a woman on the plane who handed her an envelope and made her promise not to open the letter until she got off the plane. When she had gotten off she opened the letter and found dangly earrings and a $100 bill inside and a short word of encouragement signed Tracy. That gift and encouragement literally changed her life and meant so much to her that she has been searching for Tracy ever since desiring to share her gratitude. In the Bible, in Psalms 103 the writer shares his gratitude in relation to God which should be a natural expression for all whom have experienced His goodness. He writes, Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
