With it being such a challenge this summer to find workers chef Michael Smith of Souris, PEI did something completely out of the ordinary and put out a post on social media promising to fly any successful candidate within Canada to work at his resort and restaurant. CTV news noted how Michael Smith shared how he got more resumes in one hour from the post then he had gotten in one year without it.
