If not, what I am about to share may help, if so, what I am about to tell you may take you over the top: CTV news shared in an article recently how a US study has found that neighbourhoods with more dogs see lower rates of homicide, robbery, and aggravated assaults. Nicolo Pinchak, lead author of the study said “people walking their dogs are essentially patrolling their neighbourhoods. They see when things are not right and when there are suspect outsiders in the area. It can be a crime deterrent.” Essentially what it comes down to is a neighbourhood with more dogs means more eyes on the street. Did you know the Bible shares a real deterrent for sin that has to do with the eyes of God?
