March 13 High inflammatory diet found to increase likelihood of depression

CTV new reported recently about a new study published in the Journal of Affective Disorders has found a correlation between a highly inflammatory diet and an increased risk of depression. According to Harvard Medical School a person should avoid or limit high inflammatory foods. Something the Bible directs a person to not limit but rather include mentally in relation to dealing with anxiety among other things reads, “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
