We are getting close to the end of the flu season. Each year it comes to an end near the last of April or possibly early May. It is an ongoing battle during this season to stay healthy by practicing good hygiene by properly washing one’s hands and maintaining a healthy lifestyle by getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and getting exercise. Did you know the Bible identifies a battle all followers of Jesus Christ are in. In Galatians it reads, “I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
