October 2 Breast Feeding or Formula for Best Sleeping Results

CTV news shared that a Japanese researcher was really surprised by a study that suggested feeding your newborn breastmilk in the first six months can help them sleep better. Apparently at the one year mark babies that were fed breast milk for the first six months were less likely to experience insufficient sleep. Children sleeping less than 11 hours per day a day were considered to have insufficient sleep. You may be surprised that in the Bible, God’s word is described as being like milk with benefits for people of all ages who have embraced Jesus Christ as ones Savior. 1 Peter 2:2 reads, “as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby.”
