Jan 24 – Rejection

The unemployment rate on PEI is 11 %.Many are tired of looking for work. Nearby are the many rejection slips. For some, they all spell the same word – failure. Most of us know how it feels to fail at something that’s important to us. But no matter how many times we fail in life, it does not need to be the final chapter in our biography. Many successful people had to endure rejection and failure before they achieved success. It is always too soon to quit. And please remember that Jesus Christ loves failures. We don’t need to be successful in the eyes of others, before we can invite Him into our lives He still gives all of us what we need, not what we deserve. He invites us with the words, “Come to me all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” If you come, He will re-make you and give you true success where it really matters.
