It was a time of celebration all throughout Canada as the infamous “two Michaels” returned home after spending more than a thousand days imprisoned in China. So much time of anticipating finally coming to an end. What an amazing reunion it would have been for them to be reunited with their families. I trust since being home after just over a month they still cannot believe it! It is quite a thing to ponder but for those who have placed their faith and trust in Jesus Christ for salvation there is an amazing reunion that awaits. Jesus says in John 14:3, “And I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself…” I trust after being in the presence of Jesus a person will spend eternity trying to grasp the reality of what has actually taken place.
