Rescued Miners November 10

It was thrilling to hear of the 39 miners rescued just over a month ago from Totten Mine near Sudbury. The miners were stuck for two days due to an elevator being damaged and not being able to carry the miners out. The miners had to climb a series of ladders, some as far down as 1200 meters with the aid of rescue mine workers. Some miners not able to complete the climb had to be hoisted out with ropes. Can you imagine the joy of being rescued from being as deep as 1200 meters below the surface? Did you know there is a rescue shared about in the Bible that is absolutely amazing and is available to all? John 3:16 reads, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
