Recently TD bank presented a report that suggested the average price of a home in Canada will fall from its peak seen earlier this year. The price drop is expected to continue well into the fall and into the winter. In the report a TD economist wrote, “The report’s projected price drop represents an unprecedented decline at least going as far back as the late 1980s. Housing prices with so many things in life there is change. Did you know with God this is not the case? He does not change. James 1:17 reads, Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.
