Last month a man was stuck in a storm pipe 4.5 meters underground in the San Francisco Bay area in California. He was stuck in this storm pipe that was the size of a large pizza for two days before people passing by heard his cries for help and went to seek assistance. The rescue involved more than 50 fire fighters, police officers and rescue personnel but after a few hours the man was freed. A testimony of one the fire fighters in relation to the man who was rescued was, “he was beyond happy to be above ground.” Did you know the Bible shares about a rescue and those whom have experienced it are beyond happy? John 3:16 reads, For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
